Aim Recruitment is recruiting Care Assistants for our client based in Colchester.

Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle required due to the nature of the role and location.
This is a great opportunity to get started in an exciting new role as Care Assistant supporting residents with their day-to-day lives within a beautiful countryside location with huge opportunities to learn and develop new skills

Job Role

Providing a high standard of physical and emotional support and care to the homes residents
Supporting residents with everyday living tasks but with a people centred approach.
Follow the individual set Support and Care plans to make sure each resident gets the right attention and care
Welcome families and visitors to the house.
Work within the policies, procedures, and statutory requirements of the company to a high standard.
Give regular feedback on the support and significant issues in the young person's day.
Ensuring the home is kept clean, tidy, and safe

Requirements:

Flexibility to cover various shift patterns within the home including some night shifts
Experience is not essential but the willingness to learn and go above and beyond is key.
Be able to act calmly and sensitively in all situations
Demonstrate the ability to always maintain confidentiality.
Full UK Driving Licence.
NVQ level 2 not required, however enhanced salary available with NVQ
