Description
Our client are looking for a Clerk of Works to be based in Sunderland.

This role is on an ongoing contract.

The purpose of the role is to support the Infrastructure team in delivering projects in Sunderland and surrounding areas.
Inspecting construction work and comparing it with drawings and specifications.
Measuring and quality checking building materials.
Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them.
Monitoring progress of works and reporting back to Senior Management.
