Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

  • Our NHS client based in Maidstone, Kent has an exciting opportunity for a
    Complaints Officer to join their team as soon as possible
  • The role is due to start as soon as possible and is currently estimated to last for 3 months, with the possibility of an extension.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Analyse complaints, identifying issues, themes and concerns
  • Review information already provided by division, ensuring that it has addressed each concern and identified learning/improvements where possible
  • Identify any outstanding information required to address the complaint concerns
  • Use information to draft a Trust response to the complaint
**Skills required for the role:

  • *
- Attention to detail

  • Strong communication (particularly written)
  • Drafting experience is desirable
  • Analytical skills desirable
  • Adequate typing speed
  • Knowledge of case management systems (Datix/InPhase)
