Description

Our client is a well-established, multi-branch independent estate agency based in the Bracknell region. They're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team.

Working Hours:

As a Property Manager, you'll be required to work 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

£25,000
£32,000 basic salary (Depending on experience)
Internal progression opportunities

To be considered for the Property Manager role, you must have the following attributes:

Previous Property Management experience essential
ARLA qualified desirable
Live local to Bracknell
Highly organised and a positive work ethic
Ability to work well under pressure
Computer literate
Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Upbeat personality and strong work ethic

The Property Manager's duties will include, but not be limited to:

Manage an individual portfolio of fully managed properties
Appointment and monitoring of contractors/organising quotes for repair/maintenance on behalf of landlords and overseeing works
Rent arrears, deposits and end of tenancy
