William Martin Compliance are a consultancy business, part of the larger Marlowe PLC. We specialise in bespoke property related Health and Safety risk management solutions across all business sectors within the UK.

We are looking for a creative and innovative individual to join our rapidly growing organisation as a Product Manager.

Our ideal product manager will have demonstratable experience in a similar role, preferably with an understanding of agile delivery frameworks.

They will be supportive and open minded, with a streak of curiosity which empowers them to positively challenge ideas to get the best solutions.

Ideally, we'd also like our Product Manager to be confident in their abilities, easily making decisions and ableto clearly articulate the reasons behind them.

As a Product Manager,you will experience true variety within your role, from creating roadmaps to communicating with Key Stakeholders.

You will become the owner of the roadmap, direction, and delivery of the Marlowe SRC Product Suite, while also acting assupport for other products.

Your key objectives would involve communication and delivery of a clear, concise and balanced roadmap with mínimal disruption, ensuring that NPS score improves based on delivery of the product.

Off the back of this, we'd love tosee a reduction of reworks and the successful delivery of development and testing.


Responsibilities of our Product Manager:


  • Gather requirements from all key stakeholders, ensuring appropriate levels of detail and understanding, along with ensuring requirements are challenged and validated
  • Manage, publish and communicate a living roadmap for your given product
  • Translate nontechnical requirements into appropriate design documents and user stories
  • Create and define flexible solutions that meet the original requirement(s), which are scalable for future enhancements and growth
  • Attend cliend meetings and ensure roadmap and deliverables are communicated
  • Act as a point of contact for development teams to ensure queries are answer promptly, becoming a bridge between customer, business and technology
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor products and evaluate potential enhancements from your research
  • Review idea portals to ensure customer feedback is evaluated and benchmarked
  • Work with other team members to ensure efficient knowledge sharing across the team
  • Consider system and information security to enure all systems are designed securely
  • Ensure potential disruption and changes to the roadmap are effectively communicated to all stakeholders
  • Ensure usability is considered at design stage, and solutions are aligned to other divisional products for consistency

This is a Permanent contract, paying £55,000 - £70,000 per year (depending on experience) as well as an additional 5% performance related bonus.
