A leading agricultural engineering company located on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk are currently recruiting for a Product Support Specialist.

This is a permanent position, looking to pay between £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.

This well-established business supply agricultural equipment to countries worldwide and have a fantastic reputation. With a headcount of around 20 staff, this is a great time to join this growing company.

Overview of the position:

As a Product Support Specialist you will be reporting into the Sales Manager daily, providing on-site product support through the UK as well as assisting the production team and service team in peak periods.

What does the position involve?
Provide technical/engineering support to the after sales manager to make sure that high service levels are maintained and customers are happy with the level of service given
Attending national and international exhibitions and working to get the machinery set up so that it is presentable to customers in shows
Work closely with the sales team to support dealers to assist in selling the company products and systems
Report issues back to the Engineering and/or Service departments to ensure the ongoing development of the company
Some travel in the UK & Overseas (mainly seasonal)
Some weekend working required (mainly phone cover in season)

Preferred Agricultural Background - would consider automotive/construction etc
Mechanical/hydraulic/Electrical experience
Strong Customer service and communication skills required
Due to the company location and travel involved with the position, you will hold a full clean driving licence

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
