CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - AUTOMOTIVE

LOCATION:
HIGH WYCOMBE, HP11

SALARY:
£28,000 depending on skills and experience + Bonus OTE £38,000 + Benefits

MON-FRI 08:30-17:30, SAT ROTA 08:30-13:00

Our client is a successful, privately owned business that has grown significantly over the past twenty years to 650 employees across multiple.

They are almost ready to open the doors to their

BRAND NEW DEALERSHIP in High Wycombe and are looking for a Service Advisor to be part of a

BRAND NEW TEAM.

Role overview:

As a Service Advisor you will play a vital role within the retailer as being the point of communication between the Technicians and their Customers.

To be successful within this role, they require

previous Automotive experience with a passion for providing great customer service, an ability to work in a proactive manner and a desire for no two working days to ever be the same

Key responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor your key responsibilities will be:

Provide best advice on any report repairs or additional service required, be able to sell with confidence and become their point of contact for the duration of the customers vehicle being within their Workshop.
Be able to provide updates and consultatively advise on repair work being or needing to be carried out.
Create customer invoices and run through the work that has been carried out on their vehicle. Proactively reschedule appointments for the customer for any future vehicle maintenance or servicing.

About You:

If you already come from an Automotive Service Advisory background and can provide tailored customer service and upselling to a wide range of customers.

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY.
Comfortable working to deadlines and managing customer expectations with regular communication and updates.
Happy to manage your own workload and customer base.
