Responsibilities:


  • The ESG Client Solutions Specialist is responsible for working directly with clients buying FactSet's proprietary ESG content. You will work in collaboration with Sales, Product Development, Strategy, and Engineering to launch new products.
  • You will identify and create proprietary ESG solutions in partnership with prospects and existing clients by presenting details of the Truvalue Labs' methodology and data.
  • You will also spend time researching, backtesting, and iteratively testing preproduct ideas in coordination with Clients, Product, and Sales.
  • Working alongside Sales in the full client lifecycle from presales to postsales.
  • Leading new evaluations with clients using a partnership and solutionscentric approach.
  • Identify commercial patterns and provide feedback to Strategists and Product Development to enhance and improve our products.
  • Accountable for client renewals and postsales workflows to ensure continued success with existing clients.
  • Help uncover new workflows within existing clients to deepen existing relationships.
  • Write thought leadership research reports and speaking at industry events.
  • Expert in both ESG fundamentals and the technology delivery platforms that interface with the client.

Required Skills:

years of experience in client facing, client solutions roles.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Passion for solving hard problems to help clients.
  • 13 years of experience programming in languages such as Python, Java, or other modern software languages preferred.
  • Strong track record of effective collaboration with Sales, Product Development, Engineering, and Strategy.
  • Willingness to learn new trends and be aware of industry changes, desire to selflearn new technologies.
  • Strong track record of proactively identifying business inefficiencies and taking ownership to deliver solutions.
  • Detail oriented while maintaining vision for the big picture.
  • Ability to make challenging decisions in a changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Unstructured Data and Artificial Intelligence technologies
  • Have a strong understanding of market knowledge, including experience with ESG
  • Hands on experience with API's and other modern software delivery mechanisms.
  • Previously partnered with clients in a technical solutioncentric role.
