At Superior Healthcare, we value the progression and development or our teams, and therefore have an opening for a Senior Complex Care Worker in Sussex.


You will not only get to provide a high standard of care in the community, but also assist in the training and development of newer members of staff.

This role is perfect for carers looking to progress forwards in terms of both their care qualities, as well as leadership skills.


This role is for a minimum of 35 hours each week, with the choice of days, nights and weekend shifts.

  • Someone calm and collected who deals well with new environments
  • Must be a driver with your own vehicle
  • More than 6 months professional experience in a UK healthcare environment
