The Role:
We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Data and Compliance Officer.

You will be responsible for the processing and management of learner data in compliance with education, training, and skills contracts and funding regulations.


As part of the Compliance team, your role will involve ensuring accurate and up-to-date recording of data for learners eligible for ESFA Funding, such as Apprenticeships, AEB, Study Programmes, and Skills Bootcamps. This data is crucial for curriculum areas to analyze effectively and enhance attendance, retention, and achievement rates.


The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience with ESFA Funded programs like Apprenticeships, Adult Skills Budget, Study Programmes, and Skills Bootcamps.
  • Proficient in English and Maths, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Learner Management systems.
  • Ability to navigate complex information and procedures with initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
