Kingswood Group are working with a commercial organisation to recruit an HR Advisor to join their team based at head office in North Essex on a permanent basis.


Reporting to the HR Manager and working in a friendly, professional team, your role will be working with the business to provide both generalist HR and Employee Relations advice and guidance.

The position offers hybrid working, 4 days in the office and 1 remote and is a full time opportunity.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating recruitment with hiring managers
  • Prepare HR reports using metrics
  • Complete exit interviews
  • Support managers with ER issues and cases
  • Develop and update HR policies
