Job Purpose:
To deal with all UK customer enquiries in a timely manner and to the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with all UK customer enquiries
- Processing of customer quotations and purchase orders
- Full order to cash process (entering orders, creating delivery notes, post goods issuing and invoicing) all processed through SAP.
- Managing and maintaining customer information via the SAP system
- Booking of UK transport and tank rental management
- Generation of Sales data reports/spreadsheets and any additional adhoc reports as requested by Supervisor
- Checking stock in SAP and liaising with Production Planning
- Assists with Month end reports
- Checking status of orders, tracking late orders, running outstanding order reports
- 3 years minimum experience in an Admin role
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to coordinate multiple tasks at the same time
- Customer service experience and knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Organised with the ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to timescales
Education:
- High school diploma or GED
