As the Compliance Manager you will keep the legal and ethical integrity of a company intact through policy enforcement and program planning.

CULTURE:
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Responsibility for Health and Safety activities, rules, and procedures at all four of our locations.
- Controlling operational audits, such as ISO, Chas, and FORS
- Conducting compliance monitoring and suggesting adjustments to the methods used to achieve compliance.
- Upholding compliance guidelines and risk evaluations that adhere to regional legal criteria
- Conduct routine site inspections and checks, such as fire alarm tests and fire drills.
- Interpreting and communicating information on regulatory changes to management and staff, as well as modifying practises, documentation, and compliance technologies to take these changes into account.
- Creating and submitting any necessary ad hoc reports both internally and externally
- Managing the escalation of significant regulatory and compliance issues and inquiries affecting the business.
- Purchasing and managing the administration of periodic training on compliance issues, and policies, and making sure the team is aware of their responsibilities.
- Promote and encourage a culture of compliance and ethics throughout the organisation, conveying these principles to colleagues.
- Manage insurance providers and policies.
- Analyze risk data and monitor output; analyse and summarise this into periodic reports for the operations director
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Powerful analytical abilities
- Strong interpersonal abilities, the capacity to operate independently and cooperatively in a team setting, and the capacity to forge lasting professional connections.
- Strong time management, multitasking, organisation, and followup abilities.
- Knowledge of UKbased risk and governance frameworks and processes that are best practises.
- Audit, risk, legal, and/or compliance experience, or any other related experience. both formal education and professional experience
- A relevant certification in compliance or another audit, risk, or compliancerelated field that is professionally recognised
