We Care Bespoke Ltd provides bespoke support for vulnerable children, young people, and adults throughout the North East of England.

We provide tailored support to the local authorities, private social care and supported housing organisations.

We Care Bespoke is seeking a 360 recruiter to join our team and take over a hot desk


The desk is a temp desk and has a wide geographic remit covering the North East so there is plenty of scope to build on the already successful desk and drive their own commission earnings.

Working in a full 360 recruitment role you will be responsible for:
Developing business relationships with new and existing clients, to gain additional business and develop a profitable desk.

Maintaining our outstanding business reputation in all communications, through the delivery of a quality consultative service.

Achieving agreed individual targets with full support from management & experienced consultants.


You will be required to do on call 1 in 4/5 which you will be paid an additional £150 per week completed.


  • Have experience in recruitment or sales and thrive in highpressure environments.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial drive to shape your own success
  • Maintain consistent results, communication, and messaging
  • Show resilience and strong organizational skills
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car
