Hunter Mason Consulting is currently seeking an experienced
Electrical Foreman to join our clients' esteemed team.

Responsibilities:

Take charge and provide leadership to a team of electricians, overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure timely project completion while adhering to specifications and quality standards.
Skillfully interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings.
Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify and resolve electrical issues, ensuring strict compliance with safety standards.
Offer technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Work in coordination with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Accurately document project progress, including work orders, material usage, and labor hours.
Adhere to project budgets and timelines, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems with efficiency and precision.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge and handson experience with variable spin drives and working in hygienic environments would be highly advantageous.
Educational qualification to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Possession of a valid Inspection and Testing 2391 certificate.
Proficiency in interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, enabling effective team management and coordination.
Strong problemsolving abilities with an analytical mindset to address complex electrical challenges.
Proven track record of successfully completing projects within budget and on schedule.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality workmanship.
Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
