My client is looking to add
Associates to join the
Commercial Intellectual Property Team.

This is an
entrepreneurial Law Firm, providing innovative and creative solutions.

The firm's Intellectual Property Practice has a track record of providing strategic advice at the highest level in all forms of intellectual property.

Advising on, drafting, and negotiating on IP assignments
Advising on, drafting, and negotiating IP licenses
Negotiating international trademark licences
General advice around IP protection and enforcement
Partnering with the clients to provide an excellent service

Desired Skills and Experience

Be a team player and the ability to forge strong relationships with colleagues
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain relationships with clients when necessary
Operate both as part of a team and independently in a busy and demanding environment
