We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Commercial Workshop Service Administrator. We require a skilled, dedicated and conscientious Workshop Administrator to join our team in Scunthorpe.

As the Workshop Administrator you will work closely with the Senior Service and Warranty Claims Administrator, with your primary role managing our internal fleet and retail customer invoicing.

You will play a crucial role in the smooth operations of our workshop and ensuring the timely delivery of services to our customers.

The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal staff, suppliers and customers.

Skills:

Knowledge of HGV Maintenance, Repair and Servicing requirements.
Friendly, and outgoing.
Able to work on your own initiative as well as in part of a larger team and be able to work well under pressure.
Competent in prioritising work load and working with little supervision.
Be confident and well organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and computer literate.

Hour: 0900 hours to 1730 hours with a 30-minute lunch break. Monday to Friday.
