Due to our expanding business, we have a brand new opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our Infrastructure division in the North West.

You will oversee both Ground Control employees and field teams as they complete Arboriculture, Vegetation, and minor Civils works alongside tracks and rail sites.

You will ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to standard.


You will be required to travel to cover an approximate 1.5 hour radius, and occasionally further afield to meet the needs of the business, however, you will be compensated accordingly.

The person;


Ideally, you will have Site Supervisor experience, however, training will be given for the right person, so this could be an opportunity to make the next step up in your career.

You will need to be a natural leader, able to build rapport with your team while ensuring they are following safety procedures and planned works correctly at all times.


It is essential you have:

  • Full current driving licence
  • Excellent customer and client service skills
  • Drive to achieve the best results at all times
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills
  • Competent IT skills and ability to manage your own admin.
