Vocal Networking is pleased to be seeking a personal assistant to join the team on an initial 3 month fixed contract.

£19,000 - £21,000 pro rata
Vocal Networking is a company designed to bring together all up and coming talent and to help them develop their performance, stage presence, and their networking skills

As a personal assistant you will be expected to deliver excellent execution of Director's needs along with professional stakeholder experience, whilst dealing with high volumes of administrative work in a fast paced environment, dealing with conflicting priorities and multiple internal and external stakeholders.

You will:

Deliver highly accurate and wellpresented documentation as requested by the Directors you report to
Respond promptly to all internal and external customer queries professionally and accurately, ensuring customer service levels are maintained
Ensure all hard copy and electronic data is kept in accordance with internal policies and the General Data Protection Act
Have the opportunity to extend your contract based on your results and the results of your Directors
Experience of working to a high standard within an administration function (preferably in recruitment), with knowledge of delivering general officebased tasks and responsibilities
Demonstrable experience of working in a process driven environment to a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience of dealing sensitively and appropriately with confidential information.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Highly proficient skills in Microsoft office packages and ideally CRM systems
A keen interest in Music and the Arts
