Our client is a high-performing Healthcare Recruitment Company based in central London that has gone through lots of growth and has ambitious growth plans for the next 3 years.
With 2000 contractors out in the healthcare sectors and many years of experience in providing a best in class service to their clients, they are looking to invest into an experienced Learning and Development manager to to support the business with all areasof training and development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partnering with stakeholders across across the business to support with their training needs from induction to midtier recruitment consultants
- Conducting skills gap analysis of the sales division from trainee to midtier recruitment consultants
- Creating and delivering an onboarding academy of trainees for our graduate intake
- Working with hiring managers to identify talent gaps, future development and training needs.
- Design, delivery and success of our core development offering, to include the full L&D cycle from needs analysis, design and delivery, facilitation, coaching and measuring the impact of learning activities.
- Ongoing coaching and development tracking
- Continuous improvement of development courses
- Work with external parties for leadership training.
Essential requirements:
- MUST have recruitment experience _(preferably within Healthcare/Public Sector)_
- 35 years' experience in a Learning and Development role (preferred)
- Expertise and experience managing a sales learning & development portfolio, to include a focus on improving management capability
- A strong understanding of learning and development best practice within recruitment (preferred)
- The ability to handle multiple projects and workstreams in a fastpaced business
- Extensive knowledge and experience of the full learning cycle
- Commercially aware
- Credibility and gravitas to support key stakeholders
- Team contributor
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
