We are looking for a
Service Coordinator / Estimator to join our busy team at our Head Office in Yate.

The
Service Coordinator / Estimator will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing engineer reports, preparing quotations and liaison with customers ensuring that great communication and a high-quality service is delivered at all times.
  • Working with the engineering team as and where appropriate to gather information to inform the quotations process.
  • Monitoring and following up quotations and chasing purchase orders for work from our customers.
  • Ensuring customers are kept informed about the service that we are providing at all times.
  • Logging all jobs and information relating to quoted works on our CRM system (Salesforce).
To be considered for the role you will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills both on a face-to-face basis and over the telephone.
  • Great organisation and time management skills.
  • IT competency particularly in respect of MS Office.
  • The ability to use your initiative to get the job done.
  • A commitment to customer service excellence.

From £23,000.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
