Housing Standards Officer (Housing Officer)

The Housing Standards Team ensure that all temporary accommodation (TA) in the PRS meet the required standard and compliance, is used efficiently and effectively, and is maintained and repaired to the required standards.

The Housing Standards Team also work in partnership with the Housing Solutions Team and Homelessness Caseworkers to proactively address tenancy issues in nightly paid TA, such as under/over/non-occupation, rent arrears, ASB, hoarding, disrepair, and ensure that applicants comply with their agreement.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 36 per week


Salary:
£22.89 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in ENFIELD
