Description

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has initiative and is not afraid of hard work. You will be a warm and friendly face for the many patients who are unable to visit the pharmacy.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, your support is vital to the pharmacist in the provision of the delivery services.

You will be handling important medication and ensuring it gets to where it's needed.

You will be part of a hard-working and established team working in the pharmacy, and will be involved in developing relationships with patients and in order to ensure that we deliver the most effective customer service.

Teamwork is a vital part of this family owned business which seeks to reward, recognise and empower our staff.

Responsibilities & Duties:

To maintain a neat and professional appearance
To manage the daily deliveries and be responsible for planning the most time effective route
Sort and process all relevant paperwork as per the Company's Standard Operating Procedure
To handle customer complaints in a professional manner following correct company procedures
Maintain the company vehicle to a clean and professional standard
To comply with the confidentiality code and data protection regulations

Qualifications & Skill's:

Experience isn't essential as we will support you through your development and ensure you are given the appropriate training to carry out the job.
A good knowledge of the medway location and surrounding areas would be beneficial

To confirm you will be on a Zero Hour Contract.

Area Covering is Medway so Knowledge of the Medway Towns is ideal :)
