Barnardo's Tees Valley Services is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant/Receptionist to join our Admin team.

  • Have experience of updating information on other IT systems.
  • To have good knowledge and experience of general office procedures.
  • Be able to provide telephone and reception services, welcoming children, families, delegates attending training and visitors to the service and to offer refreshments.
  • Value the importance of team working, have excellent communication skills and work in a collaborative manner.
  • Demonstrate their ability to work effectively and systematically and show they can follow office procedures.
  • Be able to work with attention to detail, to accurately update case files, documents and recording systems.
  • To collate information and produce reports as required.
  • To be able to plan and manage workload and ensure tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner
  • Have a flexible approach to working and to be able to adapt to the changing needs of the service.
Hours of work - 29 hours per week.
