The Company


Our client is a market leading engineering company growth in new markets is the reason they now require a Sales Administrator.

The Role

  • This role will play a key administrative role in supporting the sales and project team and provide an important link between the sales team, project manager and clients.
  • Reporting to the sales manager, you will work in a challenging and competitive environment, processing all sales and contract related paperwork and arranging appointments for salespeople/passing leads to the BDM's.
  • Specific responsibilities include dealing with processing sales orders, taking sales phone calls, liaising with engineering to give customers accurate lead times, assisting where required with project/contract administration and dealing with customers queries.
  • Will be office based working Monday to Friday, 9am5pm with onsite parking.
The Person

  • Previous administration experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Manufacturing or engineering environment experience preferred.
  • Intermediate skills and knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and oral.
  • Communication skills.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently.
