You will have regular interactions with the senior management team and work closely with other members of the Finance, Risk, Product and Analytics teams.


Key responsibilities of the FP&A Associate:


  • Involvement in the production of budgets and monthly forecasts updates
  • Extracting systems data, reconciling, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy for the following monthly processes
  • Assist with the production of all MI and performance metrics for the business
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial management packs including commentary on variance analysis against budget
  • Focus on continuous improvement of the existing data, processes and systems in the FP&A function
  • Perform adhoc financial reporting analysis following requests from senior management

Required skills and experience of the FP&A Associate:

  • 3-4 years' experience working in a finance function with planning and analysis experience
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation
  • Ability to analyse complex data sets and have a keen eye for detail with strong analytical skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with good background in financial modelling

Desirable skills and experience:


  • Qualified or partly qualified accountant
  • ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
  • Experience working in the lending/banking industry
  • Experience working with accounting software and data analytical tools would be a plus
