• Daily and deep cleaning of the household to a very high standard.
• Caring for luxury fixtures and furnishings, polishing silver and understand high end furniture and fine art.
• Organising bedrooms and bathrooms, hoovering, dusting and cleaning of the whole house.
• Maintaining an extremely high attention to detail.
• Serving tea and attending to the principal, being able to anticipate needs.
• An understanding of the expectations of a HNW household and the importance of graceful, discreet service is essential.
• Knowledge of how to set an elegant formal dining table and serve is required.
• Maintaining external parts of the house, including sweeping paths, patio etc.
• Wardrobe management and care of fine linens and clothing.
• Performing laundry duties.
• Having a very good eye for detail
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and requesting more as needed
• Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
• General housekeeping duties
