Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Resourcing Coordinator to join our team, on a full-time basis 37.5 hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm) based at our office in Wolverhampton (with free parking).

This role would suit an exceptionally well organised individual who is driven to achieve results.

As this is a 360-recruitment role and you will be responsible for generating new applicants, the On-boarding process, identity checks, referencing and DBS checks amongst other duties.

To deputise in the absence of the Senior Resourcing Business Partner

  • Reporting
  • Attending Meetings
  • Mentoring other team members
Proactively search for CVs using the search licenses that we have access to
Maintain a strong pipeline of staff
Previous recruitment experience is essential
Ensure advertised roles support the growth and safe delivery of care
Promote the benefits of working for CareTech
Ensure carers are compliant before being approved for work by collecting and tracking paperwork

Desirable skills/qualifications
Proven competency in managing projects and ensuring actions are completed
Previous experience working in an in-house resourcing or Resourcing department
