Join us and become part of this highly skilled family, as we are looking for an experience Warehouse Manager with experience in a similar sector.


As we take great pride in producing high quality products for our customers, we have high standards which will require quality time management from yourself, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and will be responsible for organising the efficient and safe storage and dispatch of our Upholstery.

The Role For You


Join our
Bilston facilities and be part of our growing team who enjoy working in a friendly environment, designing beautiful furniture.


You will have at least 5 years' experience working in a similar role, ideally having a passion for working to within upholstery.

You will also have experience in e-commerce management, distribution laws, space optimisation, warehouse layout, reporting and business analysis including stocking and loading, shipping and receiving.

Ideally you will have working knowledge of warehouse management software expertise and experience operating heavy equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:
-

  • Using realtime data collection to increase accuracy and lower labour costs
  • Maintaining computerised administration, stock inventory and retrieval systems
  • Inspecting and approving the quality and quantity of goods or equipment received and shipped out
  • Enforcing health standards, safety and security procedures
  • Enforcing company rules and regulations
  • Managing staff, building teams, training employees and monitoring production performance
  • Communicating and interacting with clients, vendors, suppliers and customers
  • Overseeing logistics of receiving, warehousing and dispatch operations
  • Meeting regularly with warehouse leads to assess, analyse and develop actionable plans for loss prevention and productivity.

Salary:
From £30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bilston WV14 7HZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
