Full Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional Carpenter to join our team.

Andolls Commercial Ltd are a complete one stop shop to commercial and industrial renovations, property development and maintenance. Our aim is to provide quality workmanship to meet the demands of our high end clients.

You will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling and finishing bespoke joinery to a high standard.

You should be able to work with technical drawings issued by our in-house design team, and be comfortable working with various materials to include solid wood, veneers, solid surface and laminate.

An extensive knowledge of materials, methods, techniques and appropriate technologies is essential.


KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Have accuracy and attention to detail
• Have excellent problemsolving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as alone
• Be able to cope with changing demands of the job, often at short notice
• Work in a clean and efficient manner, be able to complete jobs on time
• Must have you own tools
• Must be a time served carpenter, cabinet maker or similar
• Must have minimum qualification of a
  NVQ Level 2:
• Full UK Driving Licence required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• To be able install kitchen furniture to a very high standard.
• To fit laminated worktops, composite and solid wood worktops.
• To do studwork, fit door frames and hang doors.
• Be able to read and work from plans and drawings.
• Must be able to calculate material quantities from drawings.
• Must be good at maintenance and repairs on old buildings.
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Eye for absolute attention to detail
• Excellent communicator at all levels
• Strong work ethic and can do attitude
