Team Description

Swift's Marketing Communications team plays a key role in supporting the organisation as pursues its strategic goals. We are responsible for translating business objectives and strategies into value-adding marketing and communications campaigns and activities.

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional from the payments, transaction banking or financial services sector with a proven track record of developing and delivering high-profile marketing campaigns and activities.

About the role


Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Communications consultant for Swift's Product organisation.
  • Collaboration with Business Development and GotoMarket teams
  • Act as the voice of the customer, defining customer value propositions and messaging frameworks for Swift's products and solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, technology and evolving customer needs and behaviours.
  • Develop and support gotomarket communication plans for Swift propositions
  • Collaborate with other Communications teams to select the right mix of channels to meet campaign objectives
  • Track and monitor endtoend campaign performance and ROI, ensuring lessons are applied to future campaigns and activities
  • Annual campaign planning to ensure resources are aligned with company priorities

Key skills required:

  • 10+ years working in Financial Services industry, ideally in the Payments, Transaction Banking or Technology sectors
  • Strong experience of product marketing, strategic marketing and stakeholder management
  • Track record of developing complex, multichannel campaigns that deliver tangible ROI
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders, while working under tight deadlines
  • Ability to develop and deliver strategic marketing strategies, plans and campaigns
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, content marketing and events, with the ability to use data to judge campaign performance and inform decisionmaking.
