Job description

Working alongside all of the Councils Landlord Services teams, you will gain a broad knowledge of the delivery of housing services from an operational and strategic point of view while developing effective client relationships

We are looking for an apprentice who:

  • Is enthusiastic, ambitious and wants to learn new skills
  • Is looking to develop transferrable skills and able to work on a variety of projects
  • Is keen to contribute towards the teams' ongoing success
  • Is inquisitive in nature with a keen eye for detail

The Training


The apprenticeship will guide you through both on-the-job and academic taught skills to enable you not only understand, but develop your skills as Housing Management Officer.

You will be assigned a manager and a mentor who will support you throughout your apprenticeship. They will ensure you gain the right experience and skills, whilst working towards a


Level 2 Chartered Institute of Housing Professional qualification as well as be supported to develop varied skills and abilities and be given opportunities to attend external housing courses and webinars as well as in-house training.
