Client Services Assistant in Central London

Contract:
Permanent/Full-time


Salary:
£26,250 per year (£24,250 during 3 month probation)

Location: 3 days Office-based at Fulham SW6 4LZ + 2 days WFH

Holiday: 24 days of holiday/year (including your birthday off following completion of probation. Plus 8 usual public holiday days)

Why Is This Role Important to Ivy Education?

As our Client Services Assistant you will be arranging all tuition and consultancy assignments so the team will be depending on you to ensure our clients receive our services seamlessly, on-time and to their specific requirements.

You will also be relied upon to act as a positive representative of the Ivy Education brand when you are liaising directly with our clients, consultants and tutors and provide them with a mature and calm point of contact during and following the co-ordination of assignments.


Who Are We Looking For?

This role would suit someone who is confident liaising with external clients as well as our internal team of tutors and consultants; able to organise their own time effectively; able to handle multiple priorities and possesses strong attention to detail.

This role would also suit someone who is motivated by the successful completion of tasks.


What Will You Be Doing?

  • Gathering all the relevant information from the Sales Executive and clients to arrange tuition and consultancy assignments
  • Creating tuition specifications through our CRM, targeting the most relevant tutors for the assignment
  • Shortlisting and selecting the most suitable tutor for the assignment
  • Sharing client information and relevant assessment results with the tutors and consultants to ensure they are aware of all pertinent information relating to the assignment
  • Regularly checking in with clients, tutors and consultants to ensure initial arrangements are moving forward smoothly until the services commence
  • Keeping clients up to date with service coordination with clear and concise verbal and written communications

What Skills & Attributes Do We Require?

  • Mature, positive and confident approach
  • An aptitude for using multiple software systems
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Can manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Desire to work in a fun and fastpaced SME
  • English speaker native or bilingual
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in education sector is helpful but not necessary
