The role:

Senior Reablement Support Worker

22.5 hours - Permanent

Location:
Irwell Road

Intermediate Care at Home Team

It provides services which actively encourage and promote independence, offering service users the opportunity to maximise their potential whilst remaining in their home environment, ensuring dignity and respect are maintained at all times.

You should be flexible in your approach to work, as you will be required to work a rota which includes weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays.

You should be a team player with the ability to work without direct supervision and have the ability to motivate, encourage and provide line management support to care staff working in the service.
