Recruit UK are working with a prestigious wealth management firm that are relocating from London to Birmingham and looking to bring on a Financial Planning Administrator to join their friendly, dynamic team in the city centre of Birmingham.
You would be working within a team to support 3 financial advisers, and this may develop into a 1:1 working set up.
The company provide fully independent holistic advice and pride themselves on the services they provide to their clients.Duties will include:
- Processing new business
- Client meeting packs
- Illustrations
- Updating CRM system
- Supporting financial advisers
- Annual reviews

Skills and experience required:
- Previous IFA administration experience
- Proficient use of Excel and Intelligent Office
- Ability to multitask
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as a team
