We work in a safe way and all works are carried out in accordance to
ABP's risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
The role will involve attending breakdowns and emergency situations during both normal hours and out of hours in order to carry out vital repairs.
You'll need to assist the Engineering leads in identifying future maintenance requirements/repairs required as well as working with third party contractors on existing maintenance works.
Use of a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is essential (ideally Mainsaver) and you should have good organisation skills to ensure plant, labour and materials are available in order to undertake the maintenance tasks.
Key Requirements for the role are:
- Engineering qualification (ONC/HNC or equivalent) with a Mechanical bias
- Time served
- Maintenance experience
- Strong fault finding abilities
- Safety awareness
- Computer skills
- CMMS experience
- Full Driving Licence required
