As the Market Research and Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementation against the sales and marketing strategies to support the rapid growth and expansion Smile Plastics is currently undergoing.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will:
Develop and execute market research in support of the sales and marketing strategies.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the industry, including trends, competitors and customer needs.
Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, website content, and social media posts that accurately reflect our brand and product offerings aligned to the strategies.
Coordinate and execute various marketing activities, such as events, promotions, and campaigns.
Coordinate our showroom spaces to display our materials to potential customers.
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our brand and products, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Develop and maintain relationships with media and influencers to increase brand exposure.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest adaptations to strategies as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and production, to ensure that marketing activations are aligned with company goals, strategies and initiatives.
What we are looking for:
Degree in marketing, communications, design or related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably from the design or creative industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in photography and ability to create visually stunning content.
Experience in animation
Interest in sustainable design and the circular economy.
