Monday - Friday Shift Pattern

We have been working with a well-established local business for a number of years based in Felinfach. They are now looking for Process operators to join their ever-expanding team


The ideal Process Operator will be:

  • A good people person and have great communication skills
  • Needs to have a handson approach to their work
  • Have a good standard of computer literacy
  • Be both determined and assertive with the capabilities to work within a fast pace environment
  • Have analytical and investigatory skills with some sort of root cause analysis.
  • Someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills further
  • Will need to be available for both days and nights on a 4 cycle shift in the production line even weekends and bank holidays

The role of a Process operator will be to:

  • Plant utilisation and performance
  • Keep to the scheduled plan the company give out.
  • Keep control of the yield and wastage
  • Comply with the HACCP food safety CCPS at all times
  • Have a good Hygiene score at all times
  • Be aware of dangerous occurrences and accidents so be safe at all times
  • And be in control of effluent discharges
