Customer Service Advisor
Role Overview


Reporting to the Customer Services and Sales Support Manager you will be a key member of the Customer Service Team responsible for the retention and support of our client's key customers through pro-active client & customer services, account management,development and issue resolution.


You will have responsibility for a portfolio of customers and be required to build strong working relationships, working collaboratively with internal teams Managers and your Customer Service colleagues.


Customer Service Advisors are a prime and pivotal point of contact, liaising constantly with customers and internal teams to deliver an exemplary customer experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Proactive account management and ownership of all customers in portfolio
  • Proactive growth and retention of customer portfolio
  • Proactively identifying & developing opportunities to provide customers with additional services
  • Taking ownership for professional and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Being a prime and professional point of contact for commercial customers
  • Working collaboratively with external sales team focused on growth and retention of customers
  • Liaising and collaborating with technical teams, for progression of opportunities and resolving customer issues

Salary & Application


An excellent starting salary of £26,200 per annum with performance-based increases throughout your employment, full training, pension, 28 days holiday rising to 33 days, private healthcare and further benefits after probation.
