Recroot are looking for a Housing Customer Contact Officer to join our client based with Redbridge Council.The role is starting as soon as possible, working 36 hours a week in an ongoing contract.
We are currently looking for a Housing Customer Contact Officer to provide an effective, professional service which includes offering customers in housing need a full range of advice and interventions related to their housing options.
Experience And Knowledge
- Experience within the housing sector.
- At least 3 years experience within a customer service role.
- A good understanding of all homelessness legislation, the housing 1996 Housing act, the homelessness Reduction Act 2017, housing advice law, the Protection from Eviction Act 1977, welfare benefit and adult and social care knowledge.

- To provide an effective, professional service which includes offering customers in housing need a full range of advice and interventions related to their housing options in the private and public sector with the aim to prevent homelessness.
Job Types:

£23.12 per hour
