One of Bexhill on Sea's leading Estate Agents are looking for an
Experienced Sales Progressor/Legal Secretar y

The Role:
You should have at least two years experience working as a Sales Progressor.
Property background essential.

Your main role will be to coordinate the exchange and completion of a number of properties within the required time-frame so you will need to be highly organised and work well under pressure.

You will be responsible for liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage brokers so strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential.

Strong administration skills are also required for this interesting and varied role.

The individual we are looking for needs to be very organised, motivated and able to work under pressure when the need arises.

They need to be able to meet deadlines, use their own initiative and have an extremely good telephone manner.

Good customer relations and communication skills are required together with someone who can work as part of a team.

Updating Vendors & Buyers by telephone Articulate

Salary:
