- We are seeking a HLTA who:

- Has knowledge of the National Curriculum and is able to plan a sequence of lessons with support.
- Can work independently when delivering planned learning experiences for our children, adapting where appropriate and taking account of progress.
- Is patient, focused, and organised particularly in keeping records of children's progress.
- Can be flexible and remain positive when key changes are made.
- Is committed to high quality and excellence in teaching and learning.
- Has high expectations of themselves and the children in their care.
- Is energetic and creative in their practice.
