• Has knowledge of the National Curriculum and is able to plan a sequence of lessons with support.

• Is patient, focused, and organised particularly in keeping records of children's progress.
• Can be flexible and remain positive when key changes are made.
• Is committed to high quality and excellence in teaching and learning.
• Has high expectations of themselves and the children in their care.
• Is energetic and creative in their practice.
