Customer Coordinator

Permanent

Monday to Friday

8.30 am - 5 pm

Shepshed Loughborough


The agency is exclusively working with a new client based in Shepshed who is recruiting for a Customer Coordinator to join their small, long-standing, friendly team on a permanent basis.


This is working in a quiet environment, where there will be an element of lone working as well as working within a long-standing team with lots of skills and experience to share - so rest assured there will be plenty of support available You will have several tasks to complete daily which will support customers & administration functions for the business.


You will be working with customers within retail, e-commerce & supermarkets so to be considered you will have excellent customer service skills including problem-solving, professional telephone etiquette & going over and above to assist in the best way possible.

So what will the daily duties look like?

  • Taking calls from customers
  • Inputting data
  • Taking photos of products and adding them to the website
  • Testing products using Xray
To be considered for the role.

  • You will be personable, friendly & polite.
  • Have a helpful nature.
  • Import experience would be highly advantageous.
  • SAGE experience is highly advantageous.
