FX Dealer Position

We seek an FX Dealer to join our small team in London to provide overnight trading support and risk management for our Australian Head Office based in Melbourne.
Initially, the position will be hybrid based, working closely with our senior staff with thepossibility of remote working at a later date.
Requirements:
- Recent experience within the Financial sector, ideally within the margin FX and CFD sector, as well as other derivative products and cash equities
- Knowledge of FX, CFD, and derivative products
- IT competent, Fintech experience highly regarded such as being familiar with systems such as the Metatrader platforms and bridge provider technologies.
- The ability to process complicated information quickly and accurately under pressure
- Awareness of operational risk, compliance, and appropriate regulations
- Excellent documentation, communication, problemsolving, and crossfunctional collaboration skills
- Possess the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Numerate.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primarily risk management of the global risk book during UK hours, working closely with overseas colleagues for handovers of positions, exposure, and any outstanding client, partner, or liquidity issues.
- MT4 and MT5 risk/trade management and trade queries
- Execute Margin FX, CFD, equity, and equity derivative transactions
- Administration and posttrade support in relation to MetaTrader connectivity and trading activity.
- Implement corporate risk management and trading desk policies
- Manage liquidity relationships
- Reconciliation of Hedge trading accounts with Counterparties (Prime Brokers and Liquidity Providers), resolution of differences liaising with Trading and Counterparties.
- Providing information and responding to information requests from internal colleagues.
