As a member of our new Delivery and Improvement Service which sits within the Quality Improvement Division, you will be responsible for helping continue to shape and deliver our new Quality Improvement Framework as well as managing a portfolio of projects to improve the lives of children, young people and families.
Innovation and Improvement

- Opening a new children's home for adolescent young people
- Innovation projects for children and young people at risk of harm due to contextual safeguarding
- A dedicated Mentoring programme for Children in our Care and Care Leavers
- Comprehensive innovation and change management projects
- Developing an inhouse service for participation which leads on ensures the insight from children, young people and families is aligned to strategic decision making.
Sitting at the heart of the Children's Services Directorate, you will be part of a team responsible for enabling, introducing, and ensuring the sustainment of continuous improvement activities alongside delivering bespoke innovation and improvement projects that support the delivery of effective and efficient services.
We are looking for individuals who thrive in working in fast-paced environments, who are comfortable working with senior leaders and have the ability to challenge conventional ways of working whilst motivating and leading multi-disciplinary project teams to bring lasting positive change.
