The role:

  • Commercial Finance Controller
  • Supply Chain 12 month FTC


  • X1 Direct Report

  • Graduate Analyst
  • As Commercial Finance Controller you will work alongside the Head of Supply Chain, including other department stakeholders
  • Creating partnerships to cover three critical areas: Controlling, Planning & Forecasting and Strategic Projects
  • Acting as a true business partner internally
  • Timely distribution of financial information to every budget holder by sending out reports, by allowing system access and by presenting the information in regular meetings
  • Measures and reviews the cost/benefit ratio of proposed activities
  • Month ends
  • Planning and forecasting
  • Experienced Commercial Finance Controller, ideally within consumer goods industry
  • 12 month FTC maternity cover. 15 months possible with handover period
  • Ideally finance experience across either Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing or Operations
  • Ideally has previous management experience
  • Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, QBE)
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Numerate and highly analytical
  • As Commercial Finance Controller you will be a true business partner internally and require the ability to make strong recommendations to the supply chain team and wider stakeholders.
