Allure Medispa & Laser Clinic is currently seeking a part-time Receptionist/social media marketing assistant to join our busy and dynamic team at Allure Medispa Liverpool City Centre.

This is an exciting and varied role as a social media content assistant and front of house/clinic co Ordinator

Previous experience working as a Social Media Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role as clinic receptionist.

  • Knowledge and expertise with multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Previous experience doing audience research
  • Ability to deliver creative text, image, and video content
  • Familiar with marketing channels and online marketing strategies Develop, implement, and manage our Practice brand online.
  • Manage content strategies and provide high quality content for each social media platform and the Practice website.
  • Create an optimal schedule for posting, considering both customer engagement metrics as well as web traffic
  • Create engaging content in text, image, and video format on a daily basis. Design social media posts that will sustain the attention of readers, and create high levels of interest around any new products or services at the Practice.

Job type:

Part-time/Permanent 20-27 hours Per Week (average 25 hours) with a potential to increase hours to 35 hours per week.


Hours to be worked:
Tuesday pm

Wed 10- 6pm

Thurs 10-6pm

Saturdays:
occasionally when staff are on holidays


Job requirements

  • Social media marketing experience at least 2 years
  • Excellent sales skills and experience is a must.
  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines to a high standard.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues to maintain our high standards of patient care and outstanding reputation.
  • To be friendly, bubbly, approachable, outgoing and have a cando attitude.
  • A willingness to learn about treatments, products, and packages.
  • Strong IT skills:
An extensive knowledge of the medical, health and aesthetic field and the standard treatments offered (beneficial).


Main responsibilities and duties:


  • Creating fresh daily content for social media and responding to enquiries and leads
  • Selling treatments online when clients enquire.
  • Opening and closing the Clinic and ensuring the Clinic is ready for the day.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all patients visiting the clinic ensuring they are greeted upon arrival receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality on the front desk.
  • Ensure patient common areas are well always maintained and presentable including entrance, reception, waiting room and toilets and report any faults or risks to the Manager.
  • Greet and welcome patients as they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Mark arrival time of patients and makes sure that patients are seen on time or within policy timeframe.
  • Recording all information on the relevant systems and/or delegating to other members of staff where appropriate.
  • Booking in patients, monitoring & updating waiting lists and making sure practitioners diaries are full.
  • Enter all new patient demographic information into the relevant systems.
  • Manage the turnover of marketing material within the clinic.
  • Request and record patient reviews.
  • Promote and enter patients into the monthly competitions.
  • Visit the Postoffice and replenish office and refreshment supplies where appropriate.
  • Be involved in producing "live" content for social media.
  • Sorting the post including receiving &recording deliveries.
  • Taking payments from patients, ensuring company policies and procedures and security standards are complied with, to include receipt of payments, cashiering and banking, refunds, petty cash, and invoices.
