Application Support Analyst - Online Video Streaming - Digital online Media
Our client, a software organisation that is a market leader in online video platforms, is looking to recruit the services of an Application Support Analyst to join their expanding team based in central London.
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Providing escalated technical and triage support for other team members
- Actively contributing to an online community and knowledge database for uptodate customer information and solutions
- Working closely with Engineering, Product Management and QA teams to increase customer satisfaction
- Proven work experience in Application support and online technical problem solving.
- Solid understanding of internet technologies including browsers, networking, firewalls & proxy servers
- Strong technology background with a comprehensive knowledge of Internet, Mobile and Digital Online Media technologies such as networking, servers, etc
- Strong familiarity and working knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, XML and CSS
- Experience with Live Streaming technologies.
- Proven analytical / problem solving ability.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, both written and oral.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage initiatives to completion.
- Proven ability to work with the team to quickly and calmly resolve technical issues.
