Application Support Analyst - Online Video Streaming - Digital online Media

Our client, a software organisation that is a market leader in online video platforms, is looking to recruit the services of an Application Support Analyst to join their expanding team based in central London.

Job Responsibilities will include:

Providing escalated technical and triage support for other team members
Actively contributing to an online community and knowledge database for uptodate customer information and solutions
Working closely with Engineering, Product Management and QA teams to increase customer satisfaction
Proven work experience in Application support and online technical problem solving.
Solid understanding of internet technologies including browsers, networking, firewalls & proxy servers
Strong technology background with a comprehensive knowledge of Internet, Mobile and Digital Online Media technologies such as networking, servers, etc
Strong familiarity and working knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, XML and CSS
Experience with Live Streaming technologies.
Proven analytical / problem solving ability.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, both written and oral.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage initiatives to completion.
Proven ability to work with the team to quickly and calmly resolve technical issues.
