Team Leader

We are recruiting a Team Leader who is compassionate, sensitive, and empathetic to provide the amazing care we pride ourselves on.

Job Summery

Providing physical and emotional support retaining high standards of care, to assist in providing a well-balanced and caring environment that nurture the service user's wellbeing in day to day life.

• To provide the administration, control and storage of medicines.

*To help maintain a safe environment in the home.

*To promote the safety and wellbeing of the residents.

*To read and write reports, update next of kin's as appropriate.

*To carry out tasks delegated by the home manager where required.

*Provide personal care duties.

*Manual Handling, using equipment when required.

• Have good hygiene and infection control skills.

*Give high quality of care to service users ensuring that you cater for their specific and individual needs.

*Have a sound understanding of the challenges of Dementia.

• Promote best practises in Health & Safety and security.

*To help with social activities, and to participate in them to help promote residents self esteem and physical and mental well-being. To accompany residents on community visits and health appointments where required.
