Customer Service Administrator
Location:
Huddersfield (HD2)
Hours:4 weeks of Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
After the training period the shifts will be 4 on 4 off doing: 2x early (5.30am-4.30pm) and 2x lates (10am-9pm).
These shifts will cover 7 days a week.
Salary:
£20k per annum with a £1,000 per annum shift allowance and a £1,070 per annum attendance bonus (paid quarterly).

Customer Service Administrator to join their successful support services team.
Your duties will include:
- Order taking: Ensure all manually placed orders are inputted / uploaded accurately to the planning system for non VMI sites and negotiate when necessary with customers a more suitable delivery date and time.
- Customer Services: Answer the customer helpline and respond to any requests for information regarding the deliveries. Respond to any other customer queries and complaints and ensure they're logged and escalated to the appropriate party.
- Data Collection: Log accurate KPI information to enable management reports to be produced.
- Reconciliation: Manage the returned driver paperwork in line with customers' requirements ensuring that it can be referred to if required. Ensure that all loadings and deliveries match up and any issues resolved.
- Undertake any adhoc administration tasks as needed.
- Provide support as required, to ensure the smooth running of the shift.
